I love this picture of Madison, Camdyn & Isabelle. They have been playing together at the park after school nearly every day for years. Izzy is a few years older than the girls, and in the beginning Cam & Madie would just toddle around and Izzy would be off playing by herself. Well, now they are all old enough to really play together, they play teacher, and doctor, and immerse themselves in splendid imaginary worlds.
I picked this photo because it was an impromptu natural moment. It's edited horribly. Somehow everyone looks orange to me, and I don't know why that is. They didn't look that way on my computer last night. So, I'm not thrilled with the edit, but I love their candid expressions, and wind blown hair, and even more than that, I love that they are childhood friends.

Animal Kingdom is the theme for the Yellow House photo challenge that is being hosted by Ashley this week. There are lots of fabulous photos entered in this one. Go see for yourself...God did a fantastic job creating all things living, now, didn't he?
This picture was taken at the Papanak Zoo in Ottawa, Ontario Canada in July of 2006. It's probably about the scariest and saddest thing I've ever seen. We didn't know the animals were caged in chain link fences and chicken wire when we bought our tickets. I was an arms length away from this tiger when I snapped the photo. The only thing separating me from touching his fence was a wooden railing. I had thoughts of Lions & Tigers getting out and mauling people the entire time we were there. I wouldn't go back. Hey, live and learn as a tourist, right?
Tomorrow, I will update you on the Bedtime Battle and will also give thanks for a few things I am Thankful for this week.

What a great shot, and a really cool story. When they are graduating from high school, you're going to have so much fun pulling this out and sharing it! :)
This will be a cherished photo when they are older.

These are great shots but seriously...caged up like that...how sad.
I didn't comment yesterday because I wanted to wait until you got your picture posted. :-)
The pic of the three girls is adorable! How cool would it be for them to remain friends all through life?
And that pic of the Tiger is beautiful, but yes, it is sad. :-(
I love the snaggletooth smile. Is that the sweet face you're having to ignore at night so she'll stay in bed? Oohh. That would be a tough one! -EW
So cute! I especially love the one on the right. it could be a photo all on its own!
