"We all take different paths in life, but no matter where we go, we take a little of each other everywhere."
-Tim McGraw
This series of photos was taken by my friend, Becky, with her iphone. She has been a Godsend in my life. Every day for the past 3 years we take our kids to the park to play after school. We chat, we vent, we play with our kids, we intervene in squabbles and we treasure the days that now seem strangely numbered.
As excited as I am for Cam to start Kindergarten, I am distraught that she won't be with her Bestie. They are growing up together and I hope that going to different elementary schools won't change that.
Here they "entertain" over cake at a birthday party we attended last Saturday. The girls are dressed in their matching Harley Davidson gear, because they've been dressing in matching clothes since they were tiny tots.
I hope when they go off to college that they will think of each other as their Childhood Friends.
These photos remind me of the kind taken in a photobooth at the mall. And, I love them almost as much as Little Miss and her family.

They look so happy together! Mommy's been close to some of her friends since she was in first grade - she hopes that Max and me are friends forever like that!
Those do look like the mall photo booth photos! Love them and their cute friendship.
I love these!
Aww so cute! How fun to have such a special bestie at her age!
Very cute blog.
These photos do remind me of a photobooth at the mall...LOL! I am sure Cam and her bestie will still be close even after Kindergarten :) And, I see that Cam lost her 2 front teeth...when did that happen?? I thought I saw one gone in previous pics, but not two!!
Cam & Bestie will still be close, even after they both start a new chapter in their lives with Kindergarten.... Thankfully, you and her Mama have developed a friendship too. One that won't fizzle out just because the girls are going to different schools. That is a good thing!
I love the photos - such cute girls!!
So cute! Hopefully they'll be friends for life!
How cute!! I have a childhood friend like that. Unfortunately we don't get a chance to talk much, but even after all these years and having families of our own we can still pick up right where we left off! It's a great thing. :)
Awwww. So fun! I totally thought of the mall photo booth when I saw those. Hopefully they'll be best friends forever! :-D
And I just realized that I didn't make ANY WW rounds last week. Man, the days are all a blur anymore. LOL
